Have a presence at the Van’s Warped Tour
Undercurrents to Promote Bands and Music at
2006 Vans Warped Tour.
Here’s how the promotion opportunity works:
Undercurrents is planning on having a tent
at the Vans Warped Tour festival village at select dates during the 2006
summer tour. We will be promoting music from artists in each of the cities
by supplying downloads to I-Pods, MP3 players, cell phones, flash drives,
etc.
This is
a special promotional opportunity for musicians interested in having their
music exposed to thousands of potential new fans. Artists who
participate in one city with Undercurrents, receive promotion and exposure
in all the cities where Undercurrents participates in the Warped Tour.
This is a no-brainer promotional opportunity
for Artists but we need your help. We have a total estimated cost of $1200 per city which includes space
rental, tent rental, personnel, hotel, food and transportation. Our total
cost is $21,400.00.
We’re looking to co-op our expenses with 12
bands per city at $100 apiece.
Artists supply:
$100 (for inclusion in one city – all other
cities are free)
Signed Licensing Agreement for Undercurrents
to Represent Tracks. (click here for license)
MP3 file of one song.
Promotional material to be given away –
CD’s, merch, stickers, flyers, etc.
20 8x10 photographs for “Wall of Fame”
Artists Receive:
Potential download of their song to an
average of 12,000 attendees per event.
Participation in every city where
Undercurrents has a presence.
Potential branding to 204,000 new fans. (17
cities x 12K anticipated attendees per city)
