ticket takers
Responsibilities:
-Provide the primary level of Guest assistance in at the venue
entrances.
-Admit Guests into the venue who present a valid ticket/credentials and
deny access to those who do not.
-Count and bundle ticket stubs at the end of the shift.
-Provide Guests with directions or other venue information.
-Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
Qualifications:
-16 years of age or older.
-Friendly and personable. Excellent Customer Services skills required!
-A team player. Must work well with others.
-Must be available nights and weekends.
