I / We the above-named hereby grant all publishing interest in the afore-mentioned

Title/s to  (PUBLISHING COMPANY), subject to a payment to myself / ourselves of 100% of all revenues pertaining to the said Title/s, less 25% to be retained by (PUBLISHING COMPANY).

I / We hereby assign to (PUBLISHING COMPANY) the Copyright for the whole World and for the full term of Copyright (including any renewals and extensions thereof) in so far as the same may be assigned under the laws relating to Copyright from time to time in force throughout the World in respect of the aforementioned Title/s.

I / We certify that, in respect of the above Title/s, (PERFORMING RIGHTS SOCIETY) is hereby given authority pursuant to the rules of the Society to treat (PUBLISHING COMPANY) as exploiting each such work for the benefit of the person/s interested therein.
